By celebrating the 50th anniversary of Swire properties,
the “ORIGINAL. ALWAYS.” campaign is launched
to honour the original thinking during this milestone year.
“ORIGINAL” captures the creative and innovative spirit.
“ALWAYS” refers to the long-term commitment over the decades,
and into the future.

Throughout the year,
the campaign also worship the contributions Swire makes to happier and healthier communities;
from transformative placemaking and leadership in sustainability,
to the care and consideration for people
and the value it places on culture and arts for everyone.
